Paula and all the staff at the Dancentre would like to congratulate all the students from the University of Bath Latin and Ballroom Dancesport team for their recent success at the IVDA National championships. The team were ranked 5th in the UK overall which is an outstanding achievement. Additionally Dan Taylor and Sarah Smith won the Intermediate Ballroom event, whilst Hayden Phyo and Nicole Hurley won the Novice Latin event. This is the first time in the University's 25 year history of dancesport that anyone has won an individual event at the Nationals. Congratulations to all. The Bath Dancentre was the winner of the inaugural Bath Life Awards in the Arts category. Congratulations to Paula and all the Dancentre staff for this achievement.
